NES Health seeks a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at Day Kimball Hospital located in Putnam, Connecticut. About the Hospital Community Hospital   Inteleviewer EMR  Coverage includes:?

Radiology and Teleradiology at night?
Interventional Radiology (during the day)?
Stroke Center (send out TPA and thrombectomy candidates)?
Anesthesiology (during the day)?
Ultrasound (during the day)?
OB/Gyn??
Hospitalist?
ENT?
Cardiology?
Neurology (tele-neurology)?
ICU (2 beds)  Psychology (6 beds)  About the Program and Hours 25 Bed ED  24,000 annual ED visits   20% admission rate from the ED  12 hour Physician shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a)  12 hour APP shifts (11a-11p)  Qualifications Active Connecticut license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license  Candidate Must be PA or FNP BE/BC   Active ATLS, ACLS, and PALS  About the Community  This charming New England town is conveniently located between New York and Boston on the banks of the Quinebaug River.
