The Full Time Front of House Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing the front of house administrative duties at our main office, as well as assisting in the FOH operations at all four of our theatrical venues. They will work closely with the FOH Operations Manager to head up all communication with staff regarding scheduling, time off requests, interviews, onboarding, and orientation. They will ensure that the FOH operation runs as smoothly as possible before, during and after the shows, while aiding the staff to provide the best customer service possible. This full-time position requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Hiring/Onboarding/Training all Front of House EmployeesScheduling and payroll for union and non-union employeesComfortable managing up to 150 employeesAssisting and monitoring front of house staffMonitoring and addressing any employee concernsManaging and troubleshooting ticket scanners and computersWorking with FOH Operations Manager to schedule ADA performances from requests through playoff.Ensuring that all Patrons have a safe and pleasant experience.Effectively communicating with all departmentsEffectively directing staff and patrons in the event of an emergencyCompleting show reportsAPPLICATION GUIDELINES: Please send resume and application to ****** .
