Full Time live-out Nanny required for a Flatiron family with an infant daughter (born June 2024) starting December 2024 / January 2025. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child-related duties including providing nurturing care and interacting with their infant daughter in an active, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone proactive, energetic and self aware who is wanting to partner with the parents in a loving household. The ideal candidate is someone who loves staying busy, shows initiative in all tasks and truly loves kids! The parents are looking for a strong + direct communicator who can support and guide them as first time, working parents. Flexibility is crucial to this position - date nights, travel (international and domestic) and weekend support (as needed) is ideal. The family owns a home in the Hamptons, and live-in support during August (and other weeks as requested) is a requirement. A driver's license is preferred (no city driving).
Mom will have a blended WFH schedule in 2025, and is looking for someone to support her goals to continue nursing her daughter and be as hands on as possible when her work schedule permits.
Location: Flatiron, NY + Hamptons, NY
Start date: Ideal start date is December 1, 2024. Family open to mid - January 2025 for the perfect candidate (Mom is currently on maternity leave, returning to work in December))
Days/times: Guaranteed 40-50 hours/week: Monday to Friday; availability to flex as needed for earlier/later days + weekend care. Someone open to date nights would be ideal!

Conditions: $28 - $33 per hour* plus monthly health care stipend, monthly metrocard and standard sick/personal days, vacation and public holidays *dependent on experience and other considerations
