As a School Psychologist, you will provide evaluations, counseling, and consultative services, working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to foster student success. Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students needs and provide recommendations for support. Develop and implement intervention plans and progress monitoring strategies. Provide individual and group counseling to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges. Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies that support student well-being and learning. Assist in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support. Conduct crisis intervention and support as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines. Qualifications : Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid Washington state certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for certification). Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
