We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support a school district in providing exceptional services to students. Job Details:
Position: Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist
Duration: Contract position for the 24/25 school year
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
