In addition to solid clinical skills and great organization, a good candidate is one who is ready to problem-solve, and who works well in a team environment. Communication skills are essential, not only with co-workers, but also with students' caregivers. Additional details below: Full-time (approx. 37.5 hours per week) Work with elementary school students Additional details of student needs and building coverage will be discussed during phone interview In order to offer therapy in Illinois public schools, applicants would need to be eligible for a speech-language pathology license from the state, in addition to a teacher certificate (the Professional Educator's License).
