ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Mill Valley, CA.
This full-time, contracted position is available immediately and runs through the end of the school year.

Caseload: Elementary students
Pay Rate: Starting at $55 per hour
As an SLP in this role, you will work with a manageable caseload of elementary students with a variety of communication needs.
Youll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with teachers and staff, and support students academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students unique communication needs.
Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings to support students progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students are receiving comprehensive support.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet IEP goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid SLP license in the state of California.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
Prior experience working with elementary students or in a school setting is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
