Full-Time Speech Pathologist Hiring (Slp)

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school in Olympia, Washington. As a SLP, you will work with students from K-12, providing speech and language therapy services to support their communication development and academic success. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercises to improve students' communication skills Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and educational goals Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEP goals and accommodations Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Washington state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure) Experience working with students in a school setting is highly desirable Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their assessment and treatment methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this position, or any other positions you see on the Soliant Health website.
