Fully Remote- Associate Attorney- Defense

This position can be worked fully remotely anywhere in CA but must be living in CA currently and have a CA bar number. THIS POSITION IS WORKING WITH INSURANCE DEFENSE OR LEMON LAW TYPE OF WORK. We are currently hiring for the following practice areas: 1+ years Automotive litigation Catastrophic injury Insurance Defense General liability Habitability Medical malpractice Legal Malpractice Premises liability Product liability Professional liability Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation, are a must. Experience in insurance defense litigation and general familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
