Our client is seeking a

Functional and Testing SME

to join their team.

This is an onsite role in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

Implement a configuration management plan
Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements
Provide functional expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional capabilities for one or more applications within the Oracle HR and EBS environment
Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts
Develop requirements and process capabilities
Manage creation and quality of deliverables

Active Secret

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM)
3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
3+ years of experience serving as SME support
3+ years of experience with various testing methods
