Our Functional Consultant manages the successful implementation of Eightfold.ai software for assigned clients. The Functional Consultant is the key client contact and a HR talent acquisition and talent management subject matter expert. This person is responsible for leading workshops, gathering requirements, and providing best practice recommendations throughout the project. This role is critical to enabling the integration of talent strategy, leading best practices, and software capability for our clients. In addition, this role will be the liaison between the client and the BCC technical consultants to ensure requirements are captured and configured accurately.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate client workshops to gather current state processes and onboard clients to the future functionality
Share subject matter expertise (as you develop in your role) on process design of talent acquisition and talent management business practice
Work closely with Project Manager for assignments and duties
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, ensuring strong listening and understanding of both written and verbal requirements from the client
Support technical consultants with functional designs to ensure the solution is configured based on client requirements
Complete testing and validation of configured solution
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
Assist clients with testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Train client administrators
Produce functional documentation and go-live training
Participate in marketing activities including but not limited to blogs, twitter, and webinars
Support sales to scope and demonstrate solution

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1-5 years of experience with HR or talent management software (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2-5 years of experience within a corporate HR or talent acquisition team
2-5 years of experience with HR, HCM, HRIS, talent acquisition, or talent management software
BA/BS in related fields of HR, Psychology, Business, or Information Technology
Experience in SaaS project implementation and/or project management
Experience in recruiting, talent, and/or consulting
Understanding of project management concepts
Experience with integration technologies such as EDI, Web Services, XML, Java, .NET, and SSO protocols
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-starter with proven ability to work effectively, independently, and remotely
Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
