Functional Lead - Hcm

Role: Business Analyst Lead Must have a minimum of seven years of experience working with requirements gathering and analysis, as well as experience working with multiple teams, stakeholders, and business users in a financial ERP, HCM, or payroll environment. Prior experience working with public sector teams will be preferred. Hands-on experience working on enterprise projects is required. Any of the following certifications required: PMP, CSM, CSPO, PBA, ITIL, CBAP
