Fundraising And Gift Entry Assistant (Raiser'S Edge, Remote)

The Choice is seeking a Gift Entry Assistant for our nonprofit client, a prominent conservation Nonprofit.
This is a contract opportunity, with an estimated timeframe of 1 year, 40 hours a week.
The Assistant will support the Philanthropy Operations team throughout this fiscal year (November 2024-September 2025).
This position will support gift processing and data hygiene efforts to ensure digital and mail revenue is entered into the CRM (Raiser's Edge NXT) promptly and accurately.
Qualifications: Previous experience with Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge highly preferredStrong attention to detailJob Duties will include: Import gifts from the online database, Luminate Online, into Raiser's Edge NXTClean and prepare data for committing into Raiser's EdgeApply soft credits to donor records; research workplace and matching gifts as necessary to apply soft creditsEnsure database integrity by reporting merge requests and other data hygiene needs to immediate team membersIdentify areas for increased efficiency or process improvement on all tasks, partnering with colleagues as appropriateOther duties related to the gift processing may be assigned during the engagement period.
