Program Summary:

Lennar's Technology Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship beginning in June for rising college seniors, in which associates apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world projects and challenges.
The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities.
Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and team building.
Upon program completion, high-performing interns may have an opportunity to return to Lennar as part of the Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) program.


Responsibilities: Analyze data from our digital marketing campaigns Create reports to measure performance, reach, and efficiency and presenting findings and recommendations based on data analysis Assisting with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts Requirements: Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2025 and May 2026 Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field Must be authorized to work in the United States Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) Knowledge of different marketing channels Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, both as part of a team and individually Strong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindset Interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes Ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing priorities Ability to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications Ability to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumers Life at Lennar

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office.
Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds.
Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.
Standing is required for filing and copying.
