Future Builders Internship Program – Project Analyst

Program Summary: Lennar's Technology Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship beginning in June for rising college seniors, in which associates apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world projects and challenges.
The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities.
Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and team building.
Upon program completion, high-performing interns may have an opportunity to return to Lennar as part of the Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) program.



Responsibilities: Perform project management duties e.g., creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, milestone tracking, KPI tracking, communicating action plans 
Ensure projects adhere to defined scopes and timelines 
Coordinate meetings, track action items, create presentations and visuals to assist with documenting business requirements, and act as a liaison 
Compile and analyze metrics to identify trends, efficiencies, and potential opportunities 
Manage a wide variety of complex tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting multiple deadlines 
Contribute to the achievement of strategic outcomes by ensuring project objectives are understood and met 
Requirements: Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2025 and May 2026 
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field 
Must be authorized to work in the United States 
Knowledge of project planning and management  
Knowledge of compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficiencies 
Familiar with knowledge management and identifying and mitigating project risks  
Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, both as part of a team and individually 
Strong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindset 
Interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes 
Ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing priorities 
Ability to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications 
Ability to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumers

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office.
Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds.
Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.
Standing is required for filing and copying.
