Threat Tec, a leader in operational support and intelligence solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Future Threat Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role involves staying at the forefront of emerging threats, technologies, and methodologies to provide actionable insights and intelligence relevant to Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions and activities.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Experimentation Branch in staying abreast of current and emerging technologies, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) impacting SOF missions and activities.Plan, collect, process, analyze, produce, and disseminate intelligence of value to SOF operations.Produce threat assessments, conduct research to identify new and emerging threats, and update stakeholders on projected changes in the future threat landscape.Collaborate with team members to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted systems, recognize trends, patterns, and key nodes, and highlight relationships within targeted systems.Liaise with team members to determine information needs, format requirements, security classifications, and deliverable timelines.Participate in EXFOR-related forums, working groups, and external assemblies, such as conferences and technology showcases.Establish and maintain contact with HQ USSOCOM J2, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and other DoD, Joint Staff, Military Service, and SOF Component Intelligence entities.Prepare reports, information papers, and presentations using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Develop and maintain an electronic resource, including key points of contact, to ensure mission continuity accessible to all stakeholders.Travel up to 25% of the time on a monthly basis. QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution.10 years of intelligence staff experience (within the last 12 years) in DoD threat analysis, indications and warning, open-source collection, analysis, and production from tactical through operational/Combatant Command (COCOM) levels.4 years of experience using intelligence automated information, intelligence, and communication systems, tools, databases, and programs (e.g., Analyst Notebook, Palantir).5 years of experience researching and integrating current intelligence and operations to develop scenarios, studies, and analyses.3 years of experience in USSOCOM-assigned organizations as military personnel, Government civilian, or contractor.3 years of experience developing and presenting verbal and written products at the general/flag-level command staff.5 years of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g., SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Preferred QualificationsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in dynamic and high-pressure environments.Deep knowledge of SOF operations and the intelligence landscape.
