Fwo Fabrication Lead

We\'re seeking a passionate and skilled Fabrication Lead to join our dynamic team.
As Fabrication Lead, you\'ll lead the creation of custom furniture, cabinetry, and signage.
You\'ll work with diverse materials (wood, metal, plastic) using various techniques (CNC, laser cutting, 3D printing).
Your role is key to ensuring quality: inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting to minimize errors across one of four specialties (digital fabrication/CNC, assembly, finish prep, and finishing).
We seek a technically skilled individual with a passion for fabrication and an understanding of engineering principles.
Requirements ?
Previous fabrication or construction experience ?
Excellent hand-eye coordination ?
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
