Must be local to Metro Atlanta Job Responsibilities 1.Fulfill hardware, peripheral, and special technology requests ensuring prompt deployments 2.Serve as onsite Logistics focal for deploying equipment 3.Ensure equipment is functioning and sanitized before redeployment 4.Create UPS labels and send shipment notifications with tracking information 5.Sort and disposition incoming equipment and wireless items 6.Cross reference equipment orders and field requests ensuring shipments are correct 7.Schedule and complete hardware refresh appointments with vendor technicians 8.Organize stock room ensuring accessibility and perform routine maintenance 9.Travel as requested to assist with equipment deliveries and pick ups 10.Update hardware inventory in the DHS Asset Management and ServiceNow systems 11.Submit ServiceNow requests for hardware reimages and accidental damages 12.Work closely with NTT Service Technicians and Business Application & Technology staff to process ServiceNow bulk equipment orders, schedule imaging sessions, and perform quality assurance for large-scale projects 13.Initiate the electronic surplus process by creating and submitting requests to dispose equipment following security and safety measures 14.Identify hardware trends and report inventory discrepancies 15.Maintain daily inventory summaries and weekly reports in MS Teams 16.Provide status updates to Unit Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience, which included report writing and data collection, tabulation, computation and analysis.
