Key Responsibilities 1:4 call. 24/7 IM Hospitalists manage inpatients; call volumes are very low after 7pm; phone consults only. 80% scopes, 20% clinic, and very little inpatient work when on-call. Well-supported environment focused on patient access and satisfaction. Nurse practitioner and highly specialized endoscopy and clinic team. Experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply. Formal mentorship/training program for new graduates. Competitive compensation package including generous relocation allowance, sign-on and retention bonuses. Compensation is between $397,149 and $668,314 per year. The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
