State Licensure: Illinois
Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
CSR License Required: Yes
JOB INFORMATION:General GI - care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults.
Typical Week: 2 full days per week in office 8-5; 2 ½ days in surgery; ½ day flex.
Avg Clinic Patients Per Day: 20
Typical Call Shift: Most are phone consults and cases done in OR next day.

8a-5p (clinic and surgery days)
Weeknight Pager Call: 5p-8a yes
Weekend Call: Fri 5p – Mon 8a
PAY RATESClinic: 8hrs $300/hr
24hr Pager Call: $2300
Callback Hourly: $400/hr
