The schedule is from Monday at 7 AM to the following Monday at 7 AM, covering weeknights and weekends, primarily handling bleeders and food impactions. Anesthesiologist support is available. Daily rounding is required for new patients and follow-ups, with 1-2 consults per day, plus routine scopes and screenings. There is also coverage of the emergency department.
