Hospital Employed, but they operate like it's a private practice $450k Salary that goes up with experience Keep a high % of your net collections/profit = $$$ to be made here Week night call rotation is backup-only to very experienced APPs who do all the week night rounding Weekend call will be 1:6 or even 1:7 once fully staffed and you only cover one hospital Take over for an existing patient panel due to retirement replacement Fully Benefits Package Ideally located on the Kansas side of the Kansas City metropolitan area, you have access to all the amenities boasting excellent public and private school options, local colleges and universities, shopping, dining, and SO MUCH MORE!
