The Jr. Instructional Designer role focuses on crafting clear, engaging learning materials (communications, huddles, microlearning) for our Global Customer Service team, working collaboratively to prioritize, design, and deliver content quickly. We aim to be recognized as the best and most trusted customer experience brand in the world! This Full-Time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours. This role will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

What You've DoneExperience with communications (i.e., memos, newsletters, etc.), graphic design, and authoring tools (i.e., Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, Web 2.0, etc.). Experience with developing learning materials like presentations, job aids, eLearning modules, or other training materials. Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Familiarity with adult learning principles and methodologies. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
