About the Role The Company is seeking a General Counsel to join their team.
The successful candidate will be a trusted legal advisor and strategic partner to the executive team, overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This pivotal role demands a dynamic individual with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, bar admission, and a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in corporate law, particularly within the travel industry.
The General Counsel will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including contract negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on consumer protection, privacy, and international travel regulations.
Applicants must have a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice to senior executives, excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
The role requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
