THE OPPORTUNITY
As our General Counsel at Xactly Corporation, you'll lead the corporate Legal department with a results-oriented focus and passion to solve complex problems creatively and practically that balances legal risk and enables business objectives. The Head of Legal, reporting directly to the CFO, will be responsible for supervising all legal affairs spanning HR and employment issues, intellectual property, commercial transactions, sales and partnership agreements, as well as litigation and other legal matters on a global scale. Leading a small team of attorneys, this role requires a balance of hands-on involvement, strategic direction-setting and management of legal operations.

The legal team is very respected and highly regarded in the organization. We hold a reputation for being creative problem solvers who skillfully guide risk-based decisions.

A reasonable range estimate is $220,000 to $275,000 plus applicable bonus. Applications will be accepted only for those currently residing in the posted country for this role.
