General Counsel

A company is looking for a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Set legal strategy and manage all legal matters

Participate in strategic decision-making and provide legal guidance

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Qualifications:

10+ years post-qualification experience

Experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, financial services, cryptocurrency/blockchain, or securities law

Strong knowledge of sanctions laws, securities and commodities regulations, and compliance in cryptocurrency/blockchain

Expertise in translating complex legal language for internal stakeholders

Deep understanding of the crypto/blockchain landscape and appreciation for the company's mission
