We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk to join The Heathman Lodge team in handling accounting.
In this role, you will perform accounts receivable tasks and administer payroll. Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete accounts receivable process, including:Invoice generation and distributionCollections managementPayment posting and reconciliationPrepare and distribute accurate and timely payrollAssist with new employee onboarding procedures and background checksMaintain organized employee personnel files and HR recordsHandle various accounting clerical duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or payrollProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailExcellent time management abilitiesProfessional communication and customer service skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionProven reliability in fast-paced environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Previous hospitality industry accounting experienceKnowledge of hotel management systemsWhy work for us?
