Please consider applying and get a chance to further your career, or reach out to me at ****** Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, and an active Bar license to practice law in California 2-15 years of experience specializing in Civil litigation, Insurance Defense, General liability or Premises liability cases Responsibilities: Handles legal/Litigation work on assigned cases. Creates and maintains a documented strategy for case handling in each assigned case to include a synopsis of the intangible factors, i.e. the judge, plaintiff attorney, aggravating factors, etc. Prepares and submits timely status reports to claims handlers on all significant activities as they occur, but at no greater than 60-day intervals.
