IncentivesTYPICAL SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY What You'll DoThe General Manager 4 will have oversight of all Food & Nutrition programs, including patient meal services and retail. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial leadership, fluid in decision-making, and have a passion for patient and employee satisfaction. This person will excel in driving results collaboratively with Sodexo and our client, focusing on safety, client communication, staff development, and financial acumen. The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, and opinions professionally and clearly at all levels of the organization is critical. Union experience is a plus!
