Clark Atlanta University is a HBCU that is located next to Spelman and Morehouse College. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day food operations of this high-volume account. This hands-on General Manager will be responsible for managing P&L, client interaction, leading and directing a team of managers, and hourly union employees.The successful candidate will: have oversight of day-to-day operations; deliver high quality food service; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; develop strategic plans; create a positive environment; ensure Sodexo standards are met.
