We are seeking a General Manager – Client Services to lead revenue growth and operational success through innovative building analytics and HVAC optimization strategies.
ROLE SUMMARY:
This leadership role oversees all aspects of building automation systems (BAS) and client services, focusing on expanding our service base, developing team members, and achieving financial targets through strategic and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (preferred)10+ years of experience in commercial BAS or related fields5+ years of leadership experienceStrong financial and business acumenKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Leadership: Foster team growth and retention through coaching, development plans, and training initiatives.Actively recruit and onboard skilled professionals by leveraging industry networks.Build strong collaboration between operational and sales teams to drive results.Driving Business Growth: Retain and nurture client relationships through exceptional communication, timely service delivery, and a commitment to excellence.Expand service agreements by meeting sales targets, renewing contracts, and introducing additional offerings to clients.Enhance revenue from projects by addressing client needs, utilizing data insights, and adopting innovative solutions.Ensure financial goals are met across all business segments.Commitment to Improvement: Embrace a mindset of continuous growth, challenging conventional approaches, and encouraging innovation.Regularly evaluate and adjust strategies, processes, and policies to optimize performance.Approach problem-solving proactively, making decisions based on thorough analysis.Safety Focus: Champion a culture of safety through proactive measures and accountability.Support training and compliance efforts to uphold safety standards.
