General Manager (Countertop Fabrication/ Installation Business)

We seek dependable stone countertop operators, saw operators, fabricators, and installers. Pay depends on experience and position.
Contracting opportunities exist for both per-job engagements and short-term and long-term arrangements.

Requirements:
At least three months of construction experience
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more unassisted.
Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail and quality.
Have basic mathematical and measurement skills (using a tape measure)
Have effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be on time.
A valid Driver's license.
Be able to stand for prolonged periods.
Job Duties:
Traveling to various clients' homes/businesses for measurements/templating
Fabricating countertops, backsplashes, and windowsills out of granite, quartz, marble, etc.
Installing countertops, backsplashes, and windowsills
Installing granite, quartz, marble, etc. in various forms of applications
Other jobs such as repair work, resealing existing countertops, etc.
Ensuring a clean and organized working environment.
Support shop operations.
