Job Overview High volume Social Dining concept, primed for growth is looking for a full-time General Manager/Director of Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations, staffing and developing our team, managing store KPI's and profitability.
In partnership with senior leadership, you will define and implement operational policies and procedures and address overall business goals. As the ideal candidate, you will have a track record of success in hospitality leadership and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and developing people.
