General Manager

A popular fast-food restaurant chain is searching for a General Manager to oversee operations at their Cheraw, SC location! They are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a GM in the fast-food industry who is ready to make the next move in their career! Pay Range:

$55, 000 - $65, 000 DOE

Responsibilities:
Uphold and enhance the standards of the workplace culture and people management
Ensure operational efficiency and high standards of customer service
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
Lead and oversee recruiting events, including employee training and development
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost-effective operations
Conduct regular employee performance reviews and oversee cash control
Implement and maintain rigorous standards and boundaries within the team

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-food restaurant
High School Diploma is a must;a Bachelor s Degree is preferred
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in inventory and food cost control
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
