Cenveo, a world leader in the management and distribution of print and related offerings, is seeking an experienced General Manager with print knowledge for its Chicago, IL envelope manufacturing facility.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; we will consider experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. An emphasis on Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or similar is preferred.
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a production environment in a leadership role. This candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job SummaryThe General Manager provides hands-on leadership and management as well as responsibility for the manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and profitability commitments are met or exceeded. They must provide strategic vision and implementation drive to manage all business functions at their respective location.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation:
