Job summary
The General Manager is responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and success of the hotel.Primary duties include coordinating and managing day-to-day hotel operations, leading and developing a solid team, and driving revenue and guest service.The General Manager also builds strong relationships with the local community and promotes company goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate, direct, and manage day-to-day hotel operations.• Train and develop the team to excel in their roles and continuously improve.• Motivate associates to exceed guest expectations and uphold a positive work environment.• Build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.• Drive revenue and guest service through the management team.• Hold property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and professional development.• Support and communicate company goals and initiatives.• Ensure the portfolio operations are within budget parameters.• Hire qualified associates and assemble skilled and cohesive teams.• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
Requirements
• At least two years of General Manager experience in similar full-service hotels, preferably Hilton or Marriott brands.• Excellent communication, leadership, and computer skills.• Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible hotel management experience.• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
