As General Manager, you will be responsible for: Well, everything, but don't worry, we have an industry leading training program to help you find success!
More specifically, our stellar GM's: Manage the daily operations of the spaMake sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectivelyCoach and develop team membersMaximize inventory for professional and retail useUnderstand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa's overall performanceTake the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreachEnsure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experienceUnderstand that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfactionPreference for 2 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position.
Experience in guest relations and management is necessary.
Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
