General Manager

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to lead our telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess exceptional leadership skills.

*QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office proficiency required.

*Bookkeeping and Payroll experience required.

**Duties:**

- Oversee daily company operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management

- Train and schedule employees

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

**Experience:**

- Previous experience as a Office Manager or in a similar leadership role within the industry

- Proficiency in using cloud-based sales and service platforms.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team effectively
