Minimum Requirements: Minimum 7 years' experience in fire sprinkler contracting, which can be a combination of design, installation, sales, and project management. Solid understanding of NFPA 13, system design, coordination, estimating, and installation. Knowledge of NFPA 25: inspection testing and maintenance for fire sprinkler systems; any NFPA 72 knowledge is a plus. Experience with sensitive clients and tenant improvements, understanding contracts and specifications, and ability to identify and negotiate change orders. Estimating, project oversight, scheduling, and labor management for projects. Excellent verbal, written, communication, and computer skills required. Management experience is a plus.
