Position: General Manager As the General Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of StretchLab Scarsdale. You'll oversee all aspects of studio operations, build an enthusiastic team, and develop connections that make StretchLab a valued part of the local wellness community.
Responsibilities: • Lead daily studio operations to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Drive membership growth through strategic local marketing, outreach, and brand building.
• Manage and develop your team of Flexologists and sales associates, providing ongoing training, support, and leadership.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Create a positive, motivating environment that embodies StretchLab's mission and values.
• Conduct regular check-ins and team meetings to ensure alignment and growth.
• Collaborate with the StretchLab leadership team to enhance the overall client experience and boost membership retention.
• Ensure studio upkeep by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to use AI-driven tools to enhance studio operations and client satisfaction.
• A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
