General Manager

Family looking for a GM to manage a diverse set of properties located in Montana and Wyoming. Since the owner does not operate an agricultural operation, the majority of the properties are leased to operating tenants. The successful applicant will be required to manage these leases to ensure the owner's goals are being met. The property located in the Paradise Valley of Montana is where the family spends the majority of their time. At this location, they operate a horse operation used for family enjoyment. Wildlife and Fishery habitat are a high priority. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing habitat and habitat improvements to ensure wildlife goals are being satisfied. Another important job aspect is oversight of construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the satisfaction of the owner. It is not required the GM live on the ranch but ranch housing can be provided. Owner is prepared to offer a competitive compensation package depending on experience.
