Responsibilities:
+ Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, answer calls professionally, and perform follow-up service calls to ensure satisfaction.
+ Service Excellence: Build strong client relationships, address customer complaints promptly, and deliver exemplary service.
+ Team Leadership: Train, manage, and retain team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
+ Inventory Management: Conduct weekly inventory audits and maintain optimal stock levels.
+ Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe environment for team members and customers by adhering to all safety policies and operational standards.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum age of 18 years.
+ Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply them.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a retail environment.
+ Exceptional people skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and comfort with customers and team members.
+ Physical Demands: frequent reaching, bending, stopping, kneeling and handling tools or merchandise, standing and walking on concrete surfaces
Additional Requirements:
+ Acceptable criminal history background check.
+ Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
+ Pass a pre-employment drug screen evaluation.
