Understand and communicate corporate strategic vision to managers and sales/service teams. Make smart tactical decisions based on market conditions while overseeing sales teams, inventory and business operations.
Recruit and retain top talent. Train and set measurable performance standards. Must be able to contribute to training and lead a team of managers overseeing sales and service departments.
Exhibit a professionalism that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.

Qualifications
Extensive automotive dealership management experience with strong cognitive knowledge of sales/finance and service operations.
Possess proven leadership skills to train, develop, and retain top talent.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of automotive CRM systems.
Professional appearance, verbal and written communication skills, customer focused, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Expertise in developing relationships.
