After equipment installation, Conair provides industry leading aftersales support via their Parts, Service, and Industry 4.0 offerings to ensure our customers Make Every Pellet Count!**Position: General Manager****Location: Monterrey, Mexico****Role**The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the facility, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence. This person will also be responsible for having in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Mexico market and competitive products. Their primary focus will be optimizing sales processes, accelerating team chemistry, and driving market share gains via execution of the value proposition. As a strategic leader, they will be measured on achieving financial objectives, implementing best practices, sales growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position will report to the President of Conair, and will be in Monterrey, Mexico.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Manage, direct, and optimize facility overall operations, financial performance (P&L) and sales execution of our value proposition resulting in an amazing customer experience.- Drive team engagement and instill an increased sense of pride in team successes.- Coach and develop team members to create a continuous improvement plan amongst the team individuals.- Identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market plans, and increase market share.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.- Drive initiatives to ensure continued improvement in team member relations, customer satisfaction, quality, and on-time delivery, and cost reduction.- Administer company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to achieve strategic objectives and KPI's.- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.- Establish and enforce quality control standards to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.- Identify opportunities for expansion, growth, and process improvements
