What You'll Do:Set strategic vision within a geographic area tied to the overall strategic goals and priorities of the company.Clearly articulate the company's ongoing strategic vision into sound operating business plans and processes.Assist the sales team in developing sales strategies and executing strategies leveraging data and technology.Collaborate with all regional businesses to ensure strategies and expectations are aligned, executed, and accomplished to meet the overarching goals for the company.Plan, organize, and direct the execution through data analytics of all corporate business activities to drive sales execution and gain market share against competitors.Stay informed and updated on industry trends and leverage key relationships with organizations and industry leaders to grow the business.Act as a servant leader with a focus on developing a high-performing team.Exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Bring to the Table:High degree of knowledge and competency in the management of people.Collaborate with all members of the executive leadership team to resolve challenges with minimal disruption to the organization.Keen ability to review and interpret detailed data to drive business decisions.Direct, support, and coach leaders.Take appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.Set priorities, foster cohesion, and provide motivation to cross-functional teams.Desire to make focused decisions based on brand integrity and company values.Strategic thinking partnered with tactical execution.Understanding that data drives better decisions.Self-starting, highly motivated, metrics/results-oriented, customer-focused leader. An MBA is preferred.At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience.At least 8 years of senior sales experience.At least 5 years of parking industry experience.Experience working with a diverse stakeholder group.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content and strategies.A critical thinker, with an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. $95,000 - $110,000 a year
