Responsibilities
• Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards• Staff and train all team members• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly• Ensure all stores run at a minimum 4-star level• Perform self OER's and make corrections as needed• Complete evaluations and raises as needed• Follow through on assignments and submit reports and paperwork timely• Maintain store budgets• Prepare and deliver school lunches within standards• Perform monthly inventory checks on each store
Requirements
• Experience in restaurant management• Knowledge of product and operational standards• Familiarity with safety and security procedures• Ability to maintain and repair equipment• Strong organizational and leadership skills• Attention to detail
