Job Description: Site Executive responsible for the strategic direction and overall P&L performance of the Seabed Systems business and leads matrixed and cross-functional teams across multiple sites.Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.Drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.Assesses market and defines growth strategy for portfolio.Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.Establishes design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test.Expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications.Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.Other duties as assigned.10% Domestic Travel.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.US DoD Secret Clearance is Required, with ability to work Special Access Programs.Preferred Additional Skills: PMP Certification.Soft skills (e.g., Proficient in MS Office, Strong communication).Prior experience as a Program Manager to government customer.Active Secret Clearance.In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $177,000.00-$328,500.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
