**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
* People
+ Lead the
facility-based team
+ Acquire
build and maintain a team of high-energy, customer-focused team members

make sure each team member knows their role and is equipped to deliver a great customer experience

set clear objectives and manage performance, remove obstacles and support the team in achieving results

+ Manage and oversee all site daily operations

maintain profitable performance to include site revenue and expense management

continually assess site process controls

manage work scheduling and facilities maintenance across multiple shifts

+ Ensure an exceptional customer experience

manage the overall customer experience: site appearance, check-in, wash quality, wash experience, team member interactions, etc., to drive high customer satisfaction
+ Dispute resolution
oversee the resolution process and serve as an escalation point for all site disputes
**CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS**
**Required qualifications**
* A results-focused leader with 2+ years of management experience in a customer-focused environment
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high performing team
* Mechanical aptitude required to maintain daily operations
* A high school degree or equivalent experience required

Flexibility to manage a seven day per week operation with exposure to the elements
* A ble to work
a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends, evenings, and additional hours based on operational needs

Demonstrated commitment to helping others

* Basic computer skills

* Experience in car wash operations is highly desired

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
* This position involves sitting, standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing lifting, and carrying typical office equipment, averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight. Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting.
* Finger and hand dexterity is required for frequent and continuous operation of all office equipment.
