General Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Supervise, direct and lead all aspects ofthe Dealership Sales Department
Maintain a high customer satisfactionpercentage rating at all times
Focus on any customer complaints that Sales Consultants are unableto rectify and take necessary steps to resolve these complaints.
Work with the Service Manager to ensurequick preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery
Review and price trade-ins
Conduct regular meetings with sales staffand General Managers to plan, modify and review all current issues andprograms
Keep updated on all manufacturer andfinancial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensurethat all staff understand factory programs
Review inventory daily, be sure that each unit that is availablefor immediate delivery as soon as possible, and select units for specialdisplays.
Promote ongoing training, including dailyand weekly sales team meetings
Ensure that all required provinciallicensing and regulatory requirements are followed
Qualifications:
Strong leadership abilities
Skilled in working in a fast-pacedenvironment handling challenges as they arise
Effective negotiation skills, with theability to make sound decisions
Experience in auto sales preferred
Two (2) years of management experience
Valid OMVIC License preferred
