Dates Needed:  December - March Case Load/PPD:  10 patients/day Shift Type:  24-Hour Shift Assignment Type:  OR Assignment Duration:  Locums Call Required:  Yes Board Certification Required:  No Support Staff:  no Government:  No Reference ID:  ORD-181522-MD-NC
